Manufacturing process of thin-wall die

1.Process analysis of plastic products.

Before the mold design, the designer should fully analyze and study whether the plastic products conform to the principle of injection molding and processing, which needs to be carefully negotiated with the designer of the products, and has reached a consensus. It includes the necessary discussion on the geometry, dimensional accuracy and appearance requirements of the product, and tries to avoid the unnecessary complexity in the mold manufacturing.

2. Mold structure design.

5. Test Mode.
