The purpose of the pot mold cooling system is to cool the product evenly and drain the mold in the shortest time. The quality of mold cooling system directly affects the molding quality and production cost of flowerpot mold.

Impact on the quality of flower pot products: during the injection process, the cooling system can control the temperature of the flower pot mold, and the uniform mold temperature can reduce the deformation of the product, and control the size of the plastic flower pot within a reasonable tolerance range.

Impact on the flowerpot production cost: the aperture of the cooling system is controlled at 6-8mm, the quantity is large and closely arranged together, which can shorten the cooling time of the flowerpot mold, then improve the production efficiency, reduce the production time of a single flowerpot, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the production cost.

3) Top out design of the flowerpot mold

For pots with no holes at the bottom, an air injection is usually used. For pots with holes at the bottom, it will be ejected by using a peel plate or top bar. When jacking out, the top rod should be balanced to ensure that the product is not deformed, not broken, and no white condition. The position of the jacking rod shall be designed not to affect the appearance and function of the product. Quantity of standard top rod, once damaged can be replaced in time, does not affect the injection molding.
